About me
Dr. Selinda Berg is University Librarian and Dean of the University Library at the University of Windsor. Prior to becoming Dean, she served as Associate University Librarian and as Department Head, Information Services. She holds a PhD in Library and Information Studies from Western University and an MLIS from the University of Alberta. Her research and service intersect closely with her leadership and professional responsibilities and focus on the professional identity of librarians, the role of tacit knowledge in the health and information professions, and the importance of professional communities for academic librarians. Selinda leads an exceptional team librarians and staff at Leddy Library, who each meaningfully contribute to the academic mission of the University and to the success of students and faculty.
